Fifty years have passed since "The Great Rebellion" and while the shinobi world is a much safer and secure place, but hostility between nations is starting to grow faster than their leaders can gather to quell it. The most recent and extreme case to date; the report of Konoha nin launching an assault on Kusagakure. Konoha believes its been framed by an unknown party but investigations are pointless now as for the first time in fifty years, war was upon the entire shinobi world as Konoha and its allies battle Kusagakure and their allies in Arashi no Kuni.
